Aug 2024:

  1. We introduces a quick access to the summary and action items for every meeting. This can be done by hovering on the waveform icon and is available on the Dashboard, in On Demand, Playlists etc. You can also see the summary and action items for each meeting in Deal Insights.

  2. We have changed the way we sync and create tasks/events in Salesforce and Bullhorn CRMs. We now look for an already existing task/event and update that with the Jiminny data, instead of creating a new one and causing duplications. If you want to switch that off you can contact support or your CSM.

  3. Several improvements to the Customer API:

    1. There is a new endpoint which can be used to get the Ask Jiminny output for each call

    2. getActivities endpoint now includes the activity type in the payload

    3. When using getActivities we now have the option for the activities to be fetched based on the updated date instead of the date they were created

  4. The Export page now has a brand new look and includes meeting details as well as summary and action items

  5. You no longer need to worry what will happen if you kick the Notetaker at the end of the meeting. We will now save the recording and get it fully processed and analysed for you. This is done if the recording is more than 10 min long. It can be switched off in the Org settings > Recording.

September 2023:

  1. Clean up/Restructuring of the tabs on the Playback page:

  • Make room for some exciting new AI functionality we'll be building into the Playback page.

  • Moved the “Comments” section under “Coach” as the comments are mainly used for coaching purposes so makes sense to group them together.

  • Remove the “Attendees” tab as the information is duplicated within the page and this creates space to introduce new functionality.

  • Under “Notes” we renamed the subtab from “Meeting” to “Notes” to make it clearer that these are the related notes taken during the meeting itself.
