Next Steps for a Long Term Partnership

To turn a closed-won deal into a lasting partnership — the promises made, the relationship gaps, and the next steps that protect renewal.

Before you start: Open the deal you have just won and run this from the deal view, so Jiminny can read the emails and the call summaries across the whole opportunity.

Work out what we need to do next to turn this closed-won deal into a long-term partnership.

Structure the output as:

  • What we promised during the sale, by whom, and where it was said

  • What the customer said they still need or still worries them, quoted from their emails where possible

  • Who was involved in the buying decision and where we still have no relationship

  • Three to five concrete next steps, each with why it matters and the outcome expected

  • Finish with the single action that most protects the renewal and when it needs to happen by

Ground every point in what was actually said and name the source — the email and its date, or the call it came from. You can see emails verbatim but only summaries and action items for calls, so paraphrase calls rather than quoting them. If there is no evidence for a next step, say so rather than inventing one.
