Before you start: Open the deal you have just closed and run this from the deal view, so Jiminny can read the emails and the call summaries from the whole sales cycle.
đĄ Here's a how-to explainer on handovers:
Copy the text below and paste it into Ask Jiminny âŹď¸
Produce a sales-to-Customer-Success handover for this deal, based on the emails and call summaries on it.
Structure the output as:
Who the customer is, and the champion, economic buyer and any procurement or IT contact
What they said they want to achieve, and any success measures or go-live dates
Which teams and workflows they expect to use first, plus any integration or security requirements
Concerns, objections and anything they were still uneasy about at the point of signing
Finish with the three things CS should raise on the first onboarding call
Ground every point in what was actually said and name the source â the email and date, or the call it came from. Emails you can quote verbatim; for calls you only see summaries and action items, so paraphrase them. Mark anything not discussed as not discussed rather than filling gaps with assumptions, and say so if the evidence shows no risk.
