Communication Gaps

To surface topics on one deal that were promised, left unresolved or half-answered, and which to close before the next meeting.

Before you start: open the deal in Jiminny and run Ask Jiminny on the deal, so it can see every interaction rather than one call.

Copy the text below and paste it into Ask Jiminny ⬇️

Review every conversation and email on this deal and identify the topics that have fallen through the gaps.

Structure the output as:

  • Topics that were planned or promised but never discussed

  • Topics that were raised but left unresolved

  • Topics only partly addressed that still need follow-up

  • For each one, name the call or email it came from and what needs to happen to close it

  • Finish with the two or three gaps to close before the next meeting

Use only what was actually said or written, and name the source for every gap. On a deal, Jiminny reads call summaries rather than full transcripts, so quote emails directly and paraphrase calls. Do not invent topics that never came up. If nothing has fallen through the gaps, say so rather than listing one.
