Case Study and Reference Material

To gather the quotes, problem statement and outcomes for a case study, in one customer's own words.

Before you start: open the deal for a won account whose story you want to tell, and run Ask Jiminny on the deal so it can read their emails in full.

Copy the text below and paste it into Ask Jiminny ⬇️

Pull together the raw material for a case study or reference story from this account's own words.

Structure the output as:

  • The problem they set out to solve, in their words, before they bought

  • What they said they wanted to change, and any result or outcome they mentioned

  • The quotes worth using, verbatim from their emails, with the person's name and role

  • What they said about the buying experience, and about us against the alternatives

  • Finish with the three quotes that make the strongest story, and what is still missing before it could be published

Use only what the customer said or wrote, and never polish a quote into something they did not say. On a deal, Jiminny reads call summaries rather than full transcripts, so quote emails verbatim, paraphrase anything drawn from a call, and make clear which is which. If there is not enough here for a case study, say so. Every quote still needs the customer's sign-off before it is published anywhere.
