Map the Client's Internal Decision Journey

To map the milestones and people in one customer's internal buying process, and the question to ask about what is still unclear.

Before you start: open the deal in Jiminny and run Ask Jiminny on the deal, so it can see every interaction rather than one call.

Copy the text below and paste it into Ask Jiminny ⬇️

Map how this client has made their decision internally, using every conversation and email on the deal.

Structure the output as:

  • The milestones in their internal process, in the order they happened

  • Who was involved at each stage and what part they played

  • The interactions that visibly moved the decision forward or stalled it

  • For each point, the call or email it came from and its date

  • Finish with what is still unclear about how they decide, and the question to ask next

Base every point on what was actually said or written, and name the source. On a deal, Jiminny reads call summaries rather than full transcripts, so quote emails directly and paraphrase calls. If their internal process was never discussed, say there is not enough evidence rather than guessing at it.
