Communication Gaps

To find what has fallen through the gaps on an account — broken promises, unanswered questions and loose ends.

Before you start: open the account in Jiminny and run Ask Jiminny on it, so it can see every email and call across the relationship rather than one conversation.

Copy the text below and paste it into Ask Jiminny ⬇️

Review every conversation and email with this customer and identify what has fallen through the gaps since they came on board.

Structure the output as:

  • Things we promised the customer that were never delivered or followed up

  • Questions or concerns the customer raised that were left unanswered

  • Topics only partly addressed that still need closing out

  • For each one, name the call or email it came from and what needs to happen next

  • Finish with the two or three gaps to close before the next conversation with them

Use only what was actually said or written, and name the source for every gap. On an account, Jiminny reads call summaries rather than full transcripts, so quote emails directly and paraphrase calls. Do not invent commitments that were never made. If nothing has fallen through the gaps, say so rather than listing one.
