Feature Gaps That Shaped This Deal

To trace every product gap or feature request raised on one deal, and what each one did to the outcome.

Before you start: open the deal for the account you want to study and run Ask Jiminny on the deal, so it sees the whole buying cycle rather than one call. To rank requests across many accounts, use the Panorama prompt Feature Requests & Product Gaps instead.

Copy the text below and paste it into Ask Jiminny ⬇️

Go through this deal's calls and emails and set out every product gap or feature request that came up, and what each one did to the deal.

Structure the output as:

  • The request or limitation, in the customer's own words where they wrote it down

  • Who raised it, their role, and how much it appeared to matter to them

  • When in the buying cycle it came up, and whether it kept resurfacing

  • What it did to the deal — stalled it, narrowed the scope, or was worked around

  • Finish with the one gap that mattered most here, and what the customer said they would need to see

Ground every item in what the customer actually said or wrote, and name the source. On a deal, Jiminny reads call summaries rather than full transcripts, so quote emails directly and paraphrase calls. If no real product gap came up, say so — do not turn an ordinary question into a feature request.
