Deal Risks & Challenges

To name three to five risks specific to one deal, the evidence for each, and the one most likely to kill it.

Before you start: open the active deal you are worried about and run this from the Ask Jiminny panel on that deal, so it can see the emails and call summaries across the whole opportunity.

Copy the text below and paste it into Ask Jiminny ⬇️

Show me the specific risks that could stop this deal closing, based on what has actually happened on it.

Structure the output as:

  • Three to five risks specific to this deal, each in a sentence — no generic objections

  • For each, whether it sits on the customer's side, ours, or with a competing option they raised

  • The evidence: quote the emails directly and paraphrase what was said on calls

  • One realistic thing we could do about each risk, and who needs to do it

  • Finish with the one risk most likely to kill the deal, and why that one

Ground every risk in something actually written or said and name the email or meeting it came from. You have call summaries rather than full transcripts, so paraphrase calls and do not give timestamps. Do not score the deal or invent a competitor's name. If the record does not show real risk, say there is no clear risk here rather than manufacturing one.
