Churn Risk Turnaround

To plan the turnaround for one at-risk account — what caused the sentiment, what would change it, and the message to send today.

Before you start: open the account's deal in Jiminny and run Ask Jiminny on the deal, so it can see the whole relationship rather than one call.

Copy the text below and paste it into Ask Jiminny ⬇️

Review this account's conversations and emails and set out how to turn the relationship around.

Structure the output as:

  • Where the customer's sentiment stands today, and what specifically caused it — name the call or email it came from

  • What they have asked for that we have not yet delivered

  • Two or three actions that would realistically change their mind, in priority order

  • Who needs to be involved, on our side and theirs

  • Finish with a short opening message the CSM could send today

Base every point on what the customer actually said or wrote, and name the source. On a deal, Jiminny reads call summaries rather than full transcripts, so quote emails directly and paraphrase calls. If the relationship is not actually at risk, say so rather than manufacturing a problem.
