Customer Concerns Detection & Analysis

To list every concern the customer raised on one call, quoted, with how well each was handled and which to follow up first.

Before you start: open the call you want to analyse and run Ask Jiminny on it.

Copy the text below and paste it into Ask Jiminny ⬇️

Go through this call and pull out every concern the customer raised, explicit or implied, and how well each one was handled.

Structure the output as:

  • The concern in one line, and its category: product, pricing, timing, trust, support, implementation or other

  • The customer's own words, quoted verbatim, with the timestamp

  • Whether the CSM addressed it, partly addressed it or left it unanswered, and what they said

  • How much it threatens this customer's confidence in us: low, medium or high

  • Finish with the concern to follow up on first, and how to open that conversation

Only list concerns the customer voiced; where tone alone suggests one, label it as implicit and explain why. Quote the transcript with timestamps rather than paraphrasing, and if the customer raised no concerns, say so plainly.
