Talk Patterns & Question Quality

To see which questions uncovered real answers, where follow-ups were missed, and one questioning habit to keep and change per person.

Before you start: open Ask Jiminny Panorama and filter to your team's discovery calls over the period you want to review.

Copy the text below and paste it into Ask Jiminny ⬇️

Analyse the questions asked across these calls and assess the quality of discovery.

Structure the output as:

  • The questions that opened up the most valuable answers, quoted verbatim, with what they uncovered

  • Moments where the customer said something important and the conversation moved on, with the follow-up that should have been asked

  • Listening behaviour — where an answer was interrupted or talked over

  • Finish with one questioning habit to keep and one to change per person, each with an example

Value a question by what it uncovered, not by how clever it sounds. Quote questions verbatim so they can be reused, and do not credit a question with an insight the customer never actually gave. Where a person's calls show too little to judge, leave them out.
