Outbound Call Review

To review outbound calls for opener quality, common brush-offs and what booked the meeting, with a note per caller.

Before you start: open Ask Jiminny Panorama and filter to your SDR/BDR team's outbound calls over the period you want to review.

Copy the text below and paste it into Ask Jiminny ⬇️

Analyse these outbound calls and assess how effectively they turn a conversation into a booked meeting or a clear next step.

Structure the output as:

  • How calls are opened, with the strongest and weakest openers quoted verbatim

  • The most common brush-offs and objections, and an example of each being handled well

  • What the calls that ended in a booked meeting did differently

  • A short note per caller: one strength and one thing to change

  • Finish with three specific team-wide recommendations

Judge effectiveness by the outcomes visible in the conversation — a meeting agreed, a follow-up accepted — not by talk time. Quote openers and objection responses verbatim so they can be reused in training, and do not invent examples these calls do not contain.
