Words Customers Use to Describe Their Ideal Solution

To capture one customer's verbatim words for the solution they want, and the phrase most worth reusing in your copy.

Before you start: open the call you want to analyse and run Ask Jiminny on it.

Copy the text below and paste it into Ask Jiminny ⬇️

Pull out the exact language this customer used to describe the solution they want — the outcomes they are after, the must-have capabilities, and the qualities they keep returning to.

Structure the output as:

  • Each theme they touched on, such as simplicity, automation or cost

  • Their own words, quoted verbatim, with the timestamp

  • What each phrase tells us about what they expect

  • Finish with the phrase from this call most worth reusing in our own copy

Quote only what was clearly said on this call, and keep the wording exactly as they said it rather than tidying it into our language. If they never described an ideal solution, say so rather than inventing themes. One call gives you one customer's vocabulary — to see which words recur across many conversations, run the Voice of the Customer Report Panorama prompt instead.
