Recommendations for Product and Marketing Teams

To turn one call into recommendations routed to the right team, each grounded in something the customer actually said.

Before you start: open the call you want to analyse and run Ask Jiminny on it.

Copy the text below and paste it into Ask Jiminny ⬇️

Turn what the customer said in this call into concrete points for the product and marketing teams.

Structure the output as:

  • Each point the customer made, quoted verbatim with the timestamp

  • Whether it belongs to marketing (messaging, positioning) or product (needs, gaps, usability)

  • What they said they wanted instead, if they said it

  • One recommendation per point, and only where their words support it

  • Finish with the single change that would matter most to this customer

Ground every recommendation in what was actually said and name the speaker and timestamp. Skip anything that would only be a generic best practice, and if the call gives one team nothing to work with, say so plainly rather than inventing a recommendation. Do not attribute a figure, price or volume the customer did not give. This is a single call — for themes across a set of calls, run a Panorama prompt over filtered calls.
