Voice of the Customer Report

To summarise what customers actually say — needs, frustrations, goals and the exact language they use — for leadership or product.

Before you start: open Ask Jiminny Panorama and filter to the calls for the segment and period you want to report on.

Copy the text below and paste it into Ask Jiminny ⬇️

Analyse these calls and produce a voice-of-the-customer report: the themes customers raise most often, and the exact language they use to describe their problems. Order by how often each theme appears.

Structure the output as:

  • Theme name and how many calls it appeared in

  • What customers are trying to achieve, or struggling with

  • Two or three representative quotes, verbatim

  • Whether the theme is growing, stable or fading across the period

  • Finish with anything surprising — themes you would not expect, or expected themes that are absent

Keep customer language verbatim; the wording itself is the insight for product and marketing. Report only what customers said, keeping their voice separate from the team's, and do not present a one-off remark as a trend. Name the call and account for every quote; where the calls show no theme, report that.
