If you are offboarding, Jiminny allows you to download your calls during the unfortunate time of your departure. We do have a few simple steps in place to enable this process to be smooth for you!
Following your request for calls:

1. We'll send you a ".CSV" file with the download links

2. We'll deactivate your Jiminny users at the end of the signed agreement, nevertheless, you will 100% be given 30 days addition to provide you with the much needed time to download your calls π

3. Once the calls have been downloaded, we'll be able to close your account for you.
Note: If your call volume is exceptionally high, you may need to use the customer API to extract your calls. We will assist you with this.
