Users can choose to make a Jiminny recording Private while scheduling a Jiminny meeting or after a call is completed.
Mark Private when Scheduling
You can simply mark a call Private in you native scheduling app (GCal or Outlook calendar) when scheduling your Jiminny meeting. We'll respect the meeting visibility set in your calendar.
These meetings will be inaccessible via Live Coaching.
After a call or meeting is complete
You can also mark a call as Private from Playback, after your meeting is completed. Just click on Settings in the top right corner and select "Private."
Who can see a private meeting
A private meeting is visible to everyone in your organisation who participated in it — not just the host. Participants can find it on the On Demand page and the Dashboard, just like their other meetings.
External guests and colleagues who did not participate in the meeting cannot see it.
Note: This applies to conference meetings scheduled in Google Calendar or Outlook. Team visibility settings are still respected — a participant only sees the private meeting if your team's visibility rules already allow them to see that activity.
Only the host, Admins and Managers can change the private setting — participants can view the meeting but cannot make it private or public.
