In this article, weโll talk you through how to set up your Coaching Framework in Jiminny.
As a reminder, your Coaching Framework help you create a consistency to feedback, which will help the team know what to look for, give them freedom to do things their way and also allow you to identify strengths and areas for improvement within the team (check out our article on Coaching Framework reporting on how we make this easy for you!).
Configuring your Coaching Frameworks for calls
When someone coaches an activity, they will give both qualitative and quantitative feedback on different Framework Sections. The qualitative feedback is through written comments and the quantitative feedback will be via a star rating. The ratings will then be averaged and fed into key metrics for that activity type, rep and the team as a whole.
If you need help on creating your Coaching Framework Sections and Criteria read our guidance here.
These criteria are a great way for your team to know what's expected during each step of your sales playbook. In Jiminny this is how you set up your Frameworks:
Visit Organization Settings > Playbooks & Coaching Frameworks
Choose the relevant Playbook and select the Activity Type you want
For each Activity Type, select Add Framework Section
The next step is to add Criteria within these Sections - this is so you can get more granular detail into what makes a good Section
For more info on creating your own click here.
Provide the following information:
Name - a clear descriptive name of the criteria .e.g Close The Next Step
Enabled - you can toggle this off if you no longer score by it
Important note: If someone rates you using Coaching Frameworks, you will get notified by email and/ or Slack. ๐
