Managing multiple currencies in Jiminny

How Jiminny shows deal amounts in multiple currencies and calculates totals, for Salesforce, HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

If your CRM holds deals in more than one currency, this article explains how Jiminny shows deal amounts and how totals are calculated. It applies to Salesforce, HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Where amounts appear

  • Call page and On Demand — the deal amount is shown in the currency set on that deal in your CRM.

  • Revenue Insights — on the Deals tab, each deal shows its amount in the currency from the deal's currency field in your CRM.

How totals are calculated

The totals for Open Deals, Closed Won and Closed Lost only include deals in your CRM's default currency. A deal in any other currency is left out of both the total amount and the deal count.

Using a different amount field

By default Jiminny reads the standard amount field on the deal. If you keep a converted amount in a custom field, for example an amount in your reporting currency, Jiminny can read that field instead so that every deal is counted in the totals. Contact our support team or your CSM to set this up.
