How can I Live-coach with Sidekick?
The Live-coach section in Sidekick is on the very right side on the top. You will recognize it by the thunderbolt icon.
When you click on the icon, you will see the calls that are live For those who are currently live, you will be able to click on a green "Join" button:
Coaching in the moment
Once you're in the meeting, you can access the private chat channel through the red whistle button on the right. Your conversation will be private between you and your team, and you won't be able to write in the public chat channel. The chat & support could really help your team closing the most crucial deals and turn opportunities into contracts! 🔥
You can also listen and take notes. They will be stored for future reference on the activity. If you are being coached, the red whistle button will pulsate, so you will know that there are messages to read when convenient.
