Competitor Mentions, Perceptions & Objection Handling

To list every competitor mentioned on one call, the tone of each mention, and how well the rep answered.

Before you start: open the call you want to examine and run this from that call's Ask Jiminny panel.

Copy the text below and paste it into Ask Jiminny ⬇️

Review this call for every point where the customer referred to a competitor or an alternative approach, and assess how the rep responded.

Structure the output as:

  • Each competitor or alternative named, with the quote and timestamp, and the context it came up in — pricing, features, integrations, reputation.

  • The tone of each mention: neutral, curious, sceptical or admiring.

  • How the rep answered, and whether the customer showed they accepted the answer, pushed back or moved on.

  • The strengths and weaknesses the customer attributed to us, in their words.

  • Finish with the one competitive message this rep should sharpen before the next conversation.

Ground every point in what was actually said on this call and name the speaker and timestamp. Do not infer a competitor from vague wording. If competitors were never mentioned, say so plainly rather than manufacturing a comparison. For patterns across many calls, use the Panorama version of this prompt instead.
