Before you start: open a discovery or demo call where the customer described what they need, and run this from that call's Ask Jiminny panel.
Copy the text below and paste it into Ask Jiminny âŹď¸
Assess how well our product fits the needs this customer described on the call, and where it clearly does not.
Structure the output as:
The needs, goals and success criteria the customer stated, with quotes and timestamps, and note any that stayed vague.
Where our offering matched those needs, and how the customer reacted when it did.
Each gap or risk they raised â missing capability, pricing, packaging, scalability, integrations, support â with the quote.
For each gap, what could reasonably close it: repositioning, a workaround, an implementation plan or a roadmap conversation.
Finish with an overall fit judgement of strong, partial or weak, and the reason in one sentence.
Base every point on what was actually said on this call and name the speaker and timestamp. Do not assume a need the customer did not voice. If they never described their requirements clearly enough to judge fit, say so instead of guessing.
