Data subprocessors we work with

Jiminny (and its Affililates) currently use third-party Sub-processors to provide infrastructure services and to help us provide customer support and notifications. Prior to engaging any third-party Sub-processor, Jiminny performs diligence to evaluate their privacy, security, and confidentiality practices and executes an agreement implementing its applicable obligations.

Infrastructure Subprocessors

Jiminny uses the following Subprocessors to host Personal Data or provide other infrastructure that helps with the delivery of our Services:

Amazon Web Services, Inc. (US)

They host our infrastructure, such as servers, storage, and streaming of media.

Other Subprocessors

Jiminny uses the following Sub-processors to perform other Service functions:


Twilio, Inc. (US)

Our telephony backbone. They handle everything from phone conversations to text messages.

Intercom, Inc. (US)

They are a point of contact for support purposes, and pushing product updates and knowledge to customers.

Sentry (US)

They provide error management and insight into application faults.

Google Analytics (US)

They provide analytics and insight into user behavior.


LogRocket (US)

They provide error management and insight into application faults.


Datadog, Inc. (US)

They provide application-level monitoring and insight into infrastructure metrics.


AssemblyAI (US/EU)

They transcribe your calls into text.


Planhat AB. (SE)

They provide analytics and insight into user behavior.


Pusher (GB)

They provide a messaging service to allow communication between application services.


Postmark (US)

They provide transaction email services.

Recall (US/EU)

They capture recordings of Meetings via a Bot Participant.

Integration.app (US/EU)

They integrate with CRMs that Jiminny does not provide a direct integration with.


Microsoft, Inc. (US/EU)

They provide transcription and summarization services.

Updates

As our business grows and evolves, the Subprocessors we engage may also change. We will endeavor to provide the owner of the Customer’s account with notice of any new Subprocessors to the extent required under the Agreement, along with posting such updates here. Please check back frequently for updates.
