Answer: You can play the call directly within Salesforce on the Jiminny Conversation, or click “Play in Jiminny” to jump straight to the playback page.


3. Can you automatically create contacts in Salesforce from meeting/call attendees?

Answer: You can create a Salesforce flow to do this quite easily. Here is an example:

Answer: The integration provides a high-level view of core themes and topics discussed in meetings, assisting managers and reps in understanding the content covered and facilitating more targeted follow-ups. The themes and topics can be found under the related list for Jiminny Conversation Triggers on theJiminny Conversation record as well as in the Themes tab.


6. How does attendee tracking work in the Jiminny Salesforce Application?

Answer: The application tracks invited attendees and confirms their presence at meetings. It links attendees to the relevant Salesforce contacts, making it easy to understand who attended the meeting.

  1. Go to Salesforce Setup > Object Manager.

  2. Select the relevant object (Account, Opportunity, Contact, Lead).

  3. Select "Lightning Record Pages" and edit the desired pages.

  4. Use the “Editor Select” function to add Jiminny sections/items to your page layout.

Or navigate to a record for your chosen object and edit the page directly there.


9. What should I do if I need to fetch a different time period of calls?

Answer: You can adjust the time period for fetching calls by changing the Default Historic offset value in the Default Integration Configuration settings. It's recommended to keep this to 7 days for optimal performance. More information here.


10. How can I manage data storage for Jiminny data in Salesforce?

Answer: Configure your storage settings in Jiminny admin settings under Default Integration Setting Configuration > Data Transience. You can choose from full storage, partial data transience, or full data transience based on your storage needs and reporting requirements. More information here.


11. What steps are involved in upgrading from the Beta version of the Salesforce Application?
