Ask Jiminny is an AI-powered tool designed to provide instant insights into your calls and meetings. With its advanced generative AI, Ask Jiminny enhances your understanding of each conversation by analyzing key points, potential risks, and engagement levels, all in a matter of seconds.

How to Use Ask Jiminny on a Call

  1. Access Your Recording: Navigate to the recording you want to analyze within the Jiminny platform.

  2. Click the Ask Jiminny Magic Wand: Look for the pink wand button in the toolbar.

  3. Choose an AI Prompt: Once you click the magic wand, you will see five preset AI prompts based on your needs:

    • Concerns & Blockers: Identifies potential concerns or obstacles discussed during the call.

    • Follow-up Email: Automatically generates a draft follow-up email based on the conversation.

    • Engagement Rating: Provides an engagement score based on participant involvement.

    • Risk: Assesses risks mentioned or implied during the conversation.

    • Meeting Notes: Summarises key points and discussions from the meeting.

  4. Review and Copy: Once the analysis is complete, you can copy the insights by clicking the “copy” option and use them for reports, emails, or follow-up actions.

Current Availability Ask Jiminny is available for all calls made from January 2024 onwards in English, German, Italian, French, Spanish, Swedish, Portuguese and Danish.
