Revenue Insights in the Salesforce app

Add the Jiminny Revenue Insights tab to your Salesforce app, and fix login issues caused by third-party cookie settings.

You can open Revenue Insights without leaving Salesforce by adding the Jiminny tab to your Salesforce app. The tab shows the same Deals, Accounts and Contacts views as in Jiminny. A Salesforce admin sets it up once for everyone, as described below.

Step 1: Open the App Manager

  1. In Salesforce Lightning Experience, select the gear icon in the top right corner and choose Setup.

  2. In the Quick Find box, type App Manager and open it under App Settings.

Step 2: Choose the app

  1. Find the app you want to add Revenue Insights to.

  2. Select the dropdown arrow next to the app name, then Edit.

Step 3: Add the tab

  1. Go to Navigation Items and select Add Item.

  2. Search for the Jiminny Revenue Insights tab in the list of available tabs and select it.

  3. Select Add.

Step 4: Arrange and save

  1. Drag the tabs into the order you want your users to see.

  2. Select Save.

Step 5: Confirm

Open the app from the Salesforce home screen and check that the Revenue Insights tab is showing.

Resolving login issues on the Revenue Insights tab in Salesforce

If you are asked to log in or see a blank page when opening the Revenue Insights tab in Salesforce, it is usually because Google Chrome is blocking third-party cookies. Allow the Salesforce and Jiminny domains as trusted third-party sites:

  1. Open Chrome settings — go to chrome://settings/cookies, or select Menu > Privacy and security > Third-party cookies.

  2. Allow the domains — under Allowed to use third-party cookies, select Add and enter your Salesforce domain and Jiminny's domain.

  3. Reload — refresh the Salesforce app and open the Revenue Insights tab again.
