Revenue Insights shows your CRM fields for deals, accounts and contacts alongside Jiminny's conversation data. This article explains how to choose which fields appear, how to order them, and which field types you can edit directly in Jiminny.
Which fields you can choose from depends on your CRM:
Salesforce, HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics 365 — standard and custom fields.
Pipedrive, Copper and Zoho — the standard fields only. You can still edit them from Jiminny.
Choosing which fields appear
Fields are set separately for each tab, and the same selection is used for the columns in the list and for Details on the record page. Only Admins and Managers can change them, and the change applies to everyone in your organisation.
Open the Deals, Accounts or Contacts tab in Revenue Insights and select Settings in the top-right corner.
Under Customise columns, search for a field and mark it as visible or hidden.
Drag fields to reorder them. A field's position from top to bottom sets its column position from left to right.
Select Update.
Note: A few columns are calculated by Jiminny rather than taken from your CRM, such as the name, Owner and Timeline. These are pinned to the top of the list and cannot be moved or hidden.
New columns can take a few minutes to populate with data. If a column is still empty after 30 minutes, remove it and add it again. If that does not help, contact our support team.
Editing field values in Revenue Insights
Whether you can edit a field depends on its type and whether you own the record. Supported field types are editable and sync back to your CRM. Everything else is read only.
