What are Insights Seats?

  • Insights seats are a non-recording license that enables anyone across your organisations to leverage Jiminny to see insights into the voice of the customer.

  • Unlike paid licenses, insight seat holders cannot record their calls, conference meetings or emails.


What access do Insights Seats provide?

  • Unlike most providers, Jiminny's insights seats allow full access to all elements of the platform .

  • That means that Insights users can listen to specific calls, search and filter, review pipeline health or look at Team Activities - as some examples.

  • The goal is to provide the maximum value to as many users across your organisation and help create alignment within the business. A unified team is a powerful thing after all.
