What are Insights Seats?
Insights seats are a non-recording license that enables anyone across your organisations to leverage Jiminny to see insights into the voice of the customer.
Unlike paid licenses, insight seat holders cannot record their calls, conference meetings or emails.
What access do Insights Seats provide?
Unlike most providers, Jiminny's insights seats allow full access to all elements of the platform .
That means that Insights users can listen to specific calls, search and filter, review pipeline health or look at Team Activities - as some examples.
