So, the real question is, where do I go and how do I switch the integrations on...
Only an admin has the permission to choose and toggle the necessary integrations ON and OFF.
They are located in Organisation settings > Integrations.
CRM Integration - it needs to have an owner who is the CRM admin and can connect Jiminny to your CRM. The owner can be changed at any time.
Notification Integrations - connect your Slack or MSTeams account so it can be used for sharing calls inside your organisation.
Video Integrations - we can record meetings with Zoom, Google Meet and MSTeams. These integrations are ON by default and they can't be switched off.
Voice Integrations - Jiminny integrates with many dialers. If you don't see your dialer on the page please contact support or your CSM for assistance.
