Roles
In Jiminny, there are 4 types of roles you can apply to a user
1. Recorder: This role enables the user to record/stream into Jiminny. Each user with a Recorder role will be charged with a paying licence.
2. Recorder + Voice: This role is for users of the Jiminny Voice dialer only. It is available only in conjunction with a Recorder so the user can record their calls using Jiminny voice.
3. Analyst: This role is for users who actively coach and access reports but do not record their calls into Jiminny. It is used for listening and analysing calls and deals, and coaching users. This Role might be relevant for departmental stakeholders, such as Head of Product or Marketing, RevOps Leader, line managers that don't have customer meetings.
4. Listener: This role only allows the user to listen back to recorded calls. These users will not be able to have Manager or Admin access and manage Settings. This role is available based on your tier and contract.
Permissions
In addition to those main roles, you apply permissions:
User: Manages only their own settings in Jiminny.
Manager: Appointed for each Team set up in Jiminny. They have default views over their teams for reporting and OnDemand. Managers can invite and manage their team members as well as manage custom setup for their team.
Admin - This gives full permissions and total control over all settings and configurations
Billing
For now you are able to see the number of used licences your organisation is using in Settings > Users.
