QBR Preparation

To turn a quarter of calls with one account into a QBR outline — wins, challenges, priorities and the points worth the meeting time.

Before you start: open Ask Jiminny Panorama and filter to every call with the single account from the last quarter.

Copy the text below and paste it into Ask Jiminny ⬇️

Review these calls and build the outline for my next QBR with this account.

Structure the output as:

  • Wins and milestones from the quarter, especially anything the customer acknowledged themselves

  • Challenges that came up, how each was addressed, and where it stands now

  • Their priorities and success measures for the coming quarter, in their own words

  • Commitments still open on either side

  • Finish with the three discussion points most worth the meeting time, and why each matters

Ground every point in something said on these calls and name the call it came from. Weight the most recent conversations most heavily. Where the quarter's calls do not cover an area, leave it as an open question for the QBR rather than filling it in.
