Weekly Summary for Leadership

To turn the past week's calls into a two-minute leadership update: themes, wins, risks and the customer quotes worth hearing.

Before you start: open Ask Jiminny Panorama, set the time filter to the past week, and narrow to your team if you lead one.

Summarise this week's calls into an executive update a leadership team can absorb in two minutes.

Structure the output as:

  • The three to five themes that defined the week's conversations

  • Wins worth sharing, with account names and one line of context

  • Risks and concerns that need leadership attention, with the evidence

  • Anything customers said that leadership should hear directly, quoted

  • Finish with the single point you would put at the top of the update

Keep every point to one or two lines — skimmable beats complete. Prioritise what changed this week over what is always true, present a risk and a win in the same account together, and do not pad the summary if the week was quiet. Ground every point in what was said, naming the call and account.
