Jiminny offers the option for one of two entirely isolated environments for customers, which can be leveraged for compliance needs around data residency and privacy. Both environments are hosted with Amazon Web Services and follow the same standards around security.
What does this mean for your data?
- Since the environments are completely isolated, data cannot pass between them
- All recordings, customer data, conversation data etc is contained in the one environment of your choice
- The difference between the environments is whether the data is hosted in the UK or the EU
EU Data Center
Our primary EU location is in Ireland, where all data is stored and processed. For performance reasons, Jiminny may capture your meetings from alternative locations in the EU, for example, Germany.

US Data Center
Our primary US location is in Ohio, where all data is stored and processed. For performance reasons, Jiminny may capture your meetings from alternative locations in the US, for example Oregon.
