Resolving Login Issues on the Jiminny Deals Page in Salesforce

If you're experiencing login issues when accessing the Jiminny Deals page in the Salesforce app, it may be due to third-party cookie restrictions in Google Chrome. Follow these steps to allow the Salesforce and Jiminny domains as trusted third-party cookies:

  1. Open Chrome Settings:

    • Go to chrome://settings/cookies or select Menu > Privacy and security > Third-party cookies.

  2. Allow Salesforce and Jiminny Domains:

    • In the Allowed to use third-party cookies section, click the Add button.

    • Enter your Salesforce domain and Jiminny's domain to allow them as trusted third-party sites.

  3. Confirm and Reload:

    • Once the domains are added, refresh the Salesforce app and try accessing the Jiminny Deals page again.

Adding these domains to Chrome's cookie allowlist should resolve login access issues by enabling the necessary third-party cookies.
