Although Jiminny offers a Voice product via Sidekick, it also integrates with a number of external dialer systems so you can leverage all of Jiminny's coaching abilities. This means external calls are transcribed, analyzed, and available for comments, scoring, and sharing within the platform!
Once a provider is connected by an Admin, Jiminny will upload and analyze calls every 15 minutes (or sooner, depending on the provider).
