Dialling directly from your CRM

Did you know that you can dial out to your contacts directly from your CRM? Yes, that's right! Here is a guide on how you can do it.

Firstly, you will need to download the Jiminny Sidekick (our Chrome Extension) from HERE. Once you download it, please log in with your email. We also recommend pinning this to your browser bar for easy access.

If you are logged in to your CRM, the integration will happen automatically.

You are then able to call from any Contact or Task page in your CRM. You will notice a pink "Call" button.

When you click on it, all available numbers for calling will appear. There will be also three different icons representing each calling option or SMS (if included in your plan).

The first icon "πŸ“ž" is for calling directly from your browser. By clicking on it, you will dial out from your web browser.

"πŸ“±" is for a mobile call. If you proceed with it, we will call your mobile and afterwards, redirect the call to the recipient.

"πŸ’¬" is for SMS. This will send an SMS to the recipient. If he/she answers to the SMS, you will receive an email with the response. Please keep in mind that the SMS function is by request.
