We integrate with Twilio Flex in multiple ways.

We pull the Twilio flex link directly from your CRM. If this link is not in your CRM already we require some extra configuration.

Connecting to Twilio Flex to import dialer calls:

  • Import users to Jiminny and set them to record before integrating Twilio Flex to Jiminny - this can be SSO, Okta or bulk upload etc

  • Speak to your Jiminny point of contact and provide them with your Twilio API credentials.

We recommend using dual channel recordings as it offers lost of advantages over single-channel (mono) recordings:

  • Easier to analyse the content of a recording using transcription

  • Improve quality of the voice recordings upon playback
