App Overview

The Zoom Phone allows businesses to select from local numbers and domestic calling in 40+ different countries.

With Zoom Phone for Jiminny, your conversations will be automatically transcribed and analyzed into Jiminny. You will be able to search, listen and share knowledge with your entire organization. The coaching opportunities are endless - self-coach, learn from a peer, gain valuable feedback from a manager, etc.

Installation

The Admin of the Organization is the one who should install it.

Install by visiting Organization Settings > Integrations and clicking the Zoom Phone logo.

The email addresses in Zoom Phone and Jiminny should match in order for the integration to work properly.

FAQs

Which calls do we pull in?

Once the Zoom Phone Integration is connected, Jiminny will start to import all calls made in Zoom Phone by active Jiminny Users.

Calls should be imported and processed in Jiminny approximately 5 minutes after the call has ended in Zoom Phone.

Which calls don't we pull in?

  • Those where the user doesn’t exist in Jiminny

  • Those where the number is internal between extensions

Please keep in mind that if the number you are calling is not in your CRM, we won't match it up with a contact. We recommend logging calls to your CRM to enrich the data linked to the call for best results. For more information on how to do this with Salesforce, please check HERE.

Can I uninstall the integration?

If you want to stop importing your calls into Jiminny, just remove the App from your Zoom account.

  1. Login to the Zoom Marketplace;

  2. Navigate to Manage > My Dashboard >Installed Apps;

  3. Click Uninstall.

If you want to pause the integration, you can do this from your Organization Integrations page. Just toggle off the Zoom Phone integration.
