With the Zoom Add-in, scheduling from your Outlook is way easier! Please find the exact steps on how to install it below:

1. Click on the "Get Add-ins" button:

2. Type in “Zoom for Outlook” and select that option:

3. Click "Get it now";

4. Once installed, there will be an option to “Add a Zoom Meeting” in the calendar invite:
