Ask Jiminny Panorama allows you to ask Jiminny questions about multiple calls or deals at once — up to 100 calls in a single query.

It gives sales leaders, managers, and revenue operations teams the ability to uncover trends, patterns, and insights across conversations without having to analyze each call individually.

Instead of manually prompting Jiminny for every meeting or exporting transcripts into external tools, you can now use Ask Jiminny Panorama to understand what’s driving performance, identify recurring objections, or discover how your team applies key methodologies — all in one place.

How to Use Ask Jiminny Panorama

Head on to On Demand and find Ask Jiminny Panorama in the top right corner.

1.Select Your Calls or Deals

Use filters to choose the most relevant set of calls or meetings. You can filter by:

  • Date range (e.g., last month’s calls)

  • Team or individual reps

  • Keywords, such as specific features or competitors

  • Deal stage or value

This ensures your prompt runs on the most meaningful dataset while staying within the 100-call limit.

2.Ask Jiminny Your Question

Enter your question in natural language — just like you would when using Ask Jiminny on a single call.

Example use cases:

  • “What were the top objections raised last month?”

  • “How has [rep name] improved their objection handling over the past quarter?”

  • “What are customers saying about feature X?”

  • “Which competitors are mentioned most in lost deals and what are customers saying about them?”

3.Review and Refine

Jiminny will process all selected calls and generate a comprehensive summary.

You can refine your filters or rephrase your question to dig deeper into specific insights.

4.Save and Reuse Prompts

Like with other Ask Jiminny features, you can save your prompts and reuse them anytime. Saved prompts in Panorama are separate from those in single-call or deal-level Ask Jiminny, allowing you to build tailored workflows for large-scale analysis.


Manage your Saved Prompts

Optimise your daily workflow by saving the prompts you use the most. This will allow you to quickly get the answers you need in a consistent way.

This can be done using the Managed Prompts option on the top right corner of the chat or saving with the quick actions that appear when hovering over your questions in the chat.

From there you can also reorder your prompts to ensure the most used one are shown first in the list for a quicker access.

Prompts can also be shared with multiple people and teams. This will help your team get the most value out of Ask Jiminny.

Note: If you delete a prompts which you have shared with other users it will be deleted just for you. If you want it to be removed for everyone else then you would need to un-share it first.


Ask Jiminny Panorama Reports

Use Panorama Reports when you want to track something over time without having to ask the same question repeatedly.

While Ask Jiminny Panorama is best for exploring and asking ad-hoc questions, Reports are ideal when you already know what you want to monitor and want updates delivered automatically.

Panorama Reports are especially useful when you are:

  • Coaching on a specific area over time

    e.g. tracking how a rep improves in discovery or objection handling week by week

  • Following up on a specific initiative

    e.g. after introducing a new sales process or messaging

  • Monitoring changes after a release or campaign

    e.g. how customer feedback evolves after a product update

  • Keeping visibility without logging in

How to set up a Panorama Report

  1. Filter your calls in On Demand

    Use On Demand to select the data you want to analyse (e.g. team, stage, activity type etc) and use the Save Search functionality to save your filters.

  2. Save your prompt

    Ask your question in Ask Jiminny Panorama and save it for reuse.

  3. Create your report

    • Go to AI Reports

    • Select your saved filters and prompt

    • Choose how often the report should run

  4. Receive your report

    Your report will run automatically and be sent to your inbox

⏱ When are reports sent?

  • Daily - Sent the following morning and includes calls from the previous day

  • Weekly - Sent on Monday morning and includes calls from the previous week

  • Monthly - Sent on the first day of the next month and includes calls from the previous month

Note: Reports are only generated if at least one call matches your filters during the selected time period.
