AI Context helps Jiminny’s AI give sharper, more relevant answers tailored to your business. By adding company-specific context, you ensure that summaries, insights, and recommendations reflect your unique setup.

What is AI Context

AI Context is a one-time setup where you provide key background information about your company, such as:

  • What your company does (products, services, industry, main features)

  • Who your customers are (ICP, deal cycle, common pain points, average deal size)

  • How your team operates (sales methodology, what “good” looks like)

  • Who your competitors are (and how you compete)

Important Note: This information is not used to train Jiminny’s AI. Instead, it is passed securely to our AI when it is prompted to respond by your team.

Why it matters

When AI Context is set, Jiminny can deliver insights that are:

  • Tailored to your business: AI-generated summaries, recommendations, and insights will reflect your company’s language, product, and market.

  • Consistent across features: The same context applies to call summaries, Ask Jiminny (on calls and deals), AI CRM Filling, and any new AI features we launch.

  • Time-saving: No need to repeat company background details every time - context is already applied.

Where AI Context is used

AI Context is automatically included in:

  • Call summaries – summaries reflect your ICP, terminology, and industry.

  • Ask Jiminny (calls & deals) – sharper, more tailored answers to your questions.

  • AI CRM Filling – more accurate CRM notes and updates aligned with your workflows.

  • Future AI features – every new release will use your context to deliver higher-quality insights.

How to set it up

  1. Go to Organisation Settings > AI Context.

  2. Enter your company description following the suggested template:

    • About your company (products/services, industry, main features)

    • About your ICP (who you sell to, their pain points, deal cycle, value)

    • How your team operates (sales methodology, what “good” looks like)

    • Your main competitors (and how you compete)

  3. Click Save.

Once saved, this context will be applied across all AI-powered features in Jiminny.
