Your team can tag an entire activity with customizable tags. Tags can belong to categories of their own for even more flexibility. Examples might include:
Skills
Closing Techniques
Objection Handling
Product
Search (On Premise)
Search (Hosted)
Backup Pro
By default, your account will have some examples. You can change these as follows:
Click Organization > Coaching > Activity Tags
Click Add Category or Edit to configure an existing one
Provide a name and toggle it to be available
Click Save
To change individual tags, just click on the Tags button and follow the same flow.
