Setup tags to provide extra context

Your team can tag an entire activity with customizable tags. Tags can belong to categories of their own for even more flexibility. Examples might include:

Skills

  • Closing Techniques

  • Objection Handling

Product

  • Search (On Premise)

  • Search (Hosted)

  • Backup Pro

By default, your account will have some examples. You can change these as follows:

  1. Click Organization > Coaching > Activity Tags

  2. Click Add Category or Edit to configure an existing one

  3. Provide a name and toggle it to be available

  4. Click Save

To change individual tags, just click on the Tags button and follow the same flow.
