If you're looking to move your conversations from Clari Copilot to Jiminny, our migration tool can help you make the switch with ease. This guide outlines the essential steps and considerations for a smooth migration.
Obtaining Credentials
To start, you’ll need to secure a set of API credentials (key and password) from Clari. These credentials grant access to the conversations you wish to migrate. Here’s what to do:
Request the necessary API credentials from Clari, ensuring you receive both the key and password.
Verify the end date of your Clari access so we can complete the migration in time.
Make sure you have your Jiminny Customer API Key available.
Determine Scope
To make your migration as efficient as possible, Jiminny offers options to limit which conversations are transferred from Clari. Our team can work with you to narrow down the scope based on your preferences, such as:
Date Range: Transfer only conversations within a specific time frame.
Duration: Focus on conversations that meet a minimum length.
Host Email: Migrate conversations from specific users only.
By choosing these filters, you’ll ensure that only the most relevant conversations are migrated.
Migration Process
Once everything is in place, Jiminny will handle the migration to the designated environment. During the migration, you’ll have options for managing how users are assigned to calls and whether to skip certain conversations if needed. Our team will guide you through this to ensure a seamless transition.
Limitations
When migrating from Clari to Jiminny, please note a few important limitations:
Conversation Types: Only meetings and calls are migrated; other types of engagement like emails are not included.
Language: Conversations are imported with a default language setting of English, as Clari does not specify language.
Data: We bring in only Account and Opportunity data (with stages) from Clari.
Conversation Analysis: While Jiminny offers transcription and topic analysis, other advanced analysis like summaries or questions won’t be part of the migrated data.
Meeting Status: Only processed meetings are included; canceled meetings will not be transferred.
