Finish with the one change that would lift the team's performance fastest
Base every point on what was actually said and name the calls you drew it from. Only flag something as a pattern if it appears in more than one call, and where AI call scores are available use them to support the comparison rather than replace the evidence from the calls themselves. Where the calls do not evidence a point, leave it out and say why.
