Problematic Extensions

If your Click to Dial icons are not appearing, it is likely that another Chrome extension is interfering. Specific browser extensions can block some Jiminny functionalities, including the audio, and cause the interface to behave unexpectedly.
In Chrome, type chrome://extensions into the address bar. Scroll the list and look out for any incompatible extensions:
  • Outreach;
  • Salesloft;
  • Ringcentral;
  • AdBlock Plus;
  • AdBlock;
  • HTTPS Everywhere;
  • ScriptSafe;
  • Flashblock;
  • Disconnect;
  • DoNotTrackMe;
  • Ghostery;
  • WebRTC Network Limiter;
  • uBlock.
If you see any of these installed, please try disabling them and refreshing your browser.
