Missing Summary or Action Items

Occasionally, a Jiminny Conversation may be pulled into Salesforce before the AI Summary and Action Items are generated. In this case, they may be missing in Salesforce. Your Jiminny Salesforce Admin can fetch them across by doing the following:

Run in an Integration message to get action items or summary with the record Id set to the Id of the Salesforce conversation record id:

  1. Go to Jiminny Integrator App

  2. Go to Jiminny Integration Sessions Tab

    • Create a new integration session record and set the setting and tenant leaving the process checkbox unchecked

  3. Go to Jiminny Integration Message Tab

    1. Create a new integration message with a status of pending, pick the Jiminny Integration Session you created previously, set the record Id of the conversation where the info is missing (SF ID), and integration as GetActionItems or GetSummaries - to find this search 00 and you will see the available options.

  4. Go back to the session and check process box
