Jiminny supports Single Sign-On (SSO) to provide our users with a seamless and secure login experience. In addition to using Google or Office 365 for authentication, we support the SAML2 protocol, enabling integration with various SSO providers.

Supported SSO Providers

Jiminny is compatible with popular SSO providers, including:

  • Okta

  • Azure Active Directory

  • And more… contact your CSM to check if your provider is supported.

Using SSO with these providers allows you to centralize and streamline user authentication, enhancing security and simplifying the login process.

Setting Up SSO with Jiminny

To set up SSO with Jiminny:

  1. Ensure you have an account with a compatible SSO provider (e.g., Okta or Azure).

  2. Contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Jiminny to initiate the setup process.

Your CSM will guide you through the necessary steps, including:

  • Configuring SAML2 settings in your SSO provider.

  • Providing Jiminny with the required metadata and configuration details.

  • Testing and verifying the SSO integration to ensure a smooth user experience.
