Prior to going live with Jiminny, we strongly advise you going through the following checklist to make sure your team is setup to have best experience possible.
Step 1: Ensure your team meet the system requirements
Step 2. Open network ports in your router/firewall/antivirus software. For full details, please see our specific guidance.
Step 3: If your router supports QoS, you must prioritize Jiminny traffic to ensure quality calls and meetings.
Step 4: Test your network and setup. Place a test call to verify two-way audio and reachability. In addition, run a bandwidth test to determine call capacity for your network.
Step 5: Ensure your team have headsets and they're connected properly.
Once these are complete and the requirements are met we are good to launch 🚀
