Sentiment & Engagement Review

To read the tone and engagement on a single customer call, and what it says about the health of the account.

Before you start: open the customer call you want to analyse and run Ask Jiminny on it.

Copy the text below and paste it into Ask Jiminny ⬇️

Review this customer call for its tone, how engaged the customer was, and what that says about the health of the account.

Structure the output as:

  • The dominant tone of the conversation, and any mood shift, with the quote and timestamp that marks it

  • How engaged the customer was — high, moderate or low — and the evidence for it

  • Any satisfaction or frustration signals, quoted

  • What they were enthusiastic about, and what they went quiet on

  • Finish with what this call says about account health, and one thing to do about it

Read tone from what was actually said, quoting it with a timestamp, and do not infer emotion the transcript does not support. Weigh who said it — a sponsor's frustration matters more than a passing remark from one user. Where the signals are genuinely unclear, say so rather than choosing a verdict.
